If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, items in unused and original condition from Pandora's US Online Store (us.pandora.net) can be returned within 30 days of purchase, with the original invoice, either by mail or in-store. Pandora strives to process your return within two business days of receiving your item(s). For a smooth return experience, ensure the items are in their original condition and accompanied by the invoice. Promotions, clearances, or sales may have modified terms and conditions.

When returning items purchased with a gift card, you will receive a new gift card for the same amount as the returned merchandise. If the original payment was made with an E-Gift card or a physical gift card, you will be issued a new E-Gift card of equivalent value for the returned items.
Please note that Pandora Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be refunded. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, both online and in-store.

Yes, a gift recipient can return or exchange merchandise to a Pandora store with the original gift receipt. Gift returns will be issued a gift card for the purchase price. If the gift recipient returns the merchandise by mail, a credit will be issued to the original payment method, that the purchaser used. Please note that the gift recipient will NOT get the refund.
You can either exchange the product at your nearest Pandora store or contact them to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
