Warranty Valet® is a service providing company to help clients to follow up with the warranty claims for all their products that comes with a warranty. When you register your devices with Warranty Valet, We will take care of warranty registration on your behalf, when available online.
When the product has any issues, Warranty Valet will work with the manufacturer to facilitate the repair or replacement of the product depending upon the warranty provided.

Members will contact Warranty Valet about the issue. We then will take care of the warranty from requesting for troubleshooting and to set up a service appointment. During the appointment stage, We will contact you to get the time and date that will work for you and get it done. Should you need to verify coverage or for authorization requests, we will refer to your warranty information that has been registered with Warranty Valet. We will then begin the repair/replacement process.
Warranty Valet will contact the warranty provider against product defects. We will follow warranty instructions provided by the merchant or manufacturer or in other materials if the item is defective.
Yes, you can cancel Warranty Valet membership anytime you want by logging into your account.
Yes, you can upgrade anytime you want.
All you need to do is join Warranty Valet membership and start adding your products along with the warranty information. Once you’re in, we’ll save your warranty and work with the company when the device is not working as per the manufacturer’s specifications. All you have to do is initiate a service request online, and we will follow up with them until it is repaired/replacement issued. We will do the hard work and take care of the rest!
Requesting a warranty claim is easy! Use your Warranty Valet account to initiate a warranty claim request online, if the warranty is not expired. We will follow up with the merchant or manufacturer and coordinate with you during the trouble-shooting process.
It depends on the warranty provider. Generally, once your claim (including supporting documentation) has been started, processing takes an average of 2-3 business days. To help expedite the process, be as specific as possible when providing a merchandise description. If your claim includes a damaged item, you have the option of providing photo documentation.Submitting photo documentation can help us to resolve your issue more efficiently.
With a full warranty, Warranty Valet will help you to repair or replace a faulty product during the warranty period. If the product is damaged or defective, companies offering a full warranty will repair or replace it within a reasonable time… A limited warranty might cover only specific parts or certain types of defects.
When manufacturer’s warranty expires:
1. Warranty Valet can not provide extended warranty
2. Warranty Valet will let you know about the product warranty expiration details by email, since you provided the expiration date while adding the product on your account.
3. You can not make any service request for that product

No, Warranty Valet does not offer extended warranty for any products. We simply help to use your warranty that comes with the product to the full extent.
