To help keep your new mattress in good condition, they strongly advise using a waterproof mattress protector. Additionally, retaining all original tags on your mattress is important; removing the original white law tag from the mattress or foundation will void the 120-night Sleep Trial.
Please be aware that the 120-Night Sleep Trial does not apply to clearance or pre-owned merchandise, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, furniture, or other accessories. Additionally, all special order sizes (such as California King, Split Cal King, three-quarter, crib, futon, etc.) for mattresses and foundations are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
