Returned items must be in like-new condition. Returns may be denied for items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, or missing significant components. Apparel must be unworn, unlaundered, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for return.

Best Buy Return Policy Exceptions:

The following items cannot be returned after purchase: custom orders, personalized items, final sale products, non-subscription digital content (excluding Microsoft Office), codes or prepaid cards (including third-party gift cards and prepaid phone cards), vehicle replacement key fobs, memberships, trading cards (including Pokémon cards), products with a capacity of 300-watt hours or more, and plumbing supplies. Additionally, once opened, the following items are non-returnable: products that come into contact with bodily fluids, SIM kits, LEGO sets, completed services, delivered home standby generators, whole home backup systems, and consumable items.
