Dell Return Conditions:

Return the products in their original packaging, in like-new condition, including any media, documentation, and other items from the original shipment. Dell Return Policy Exceptions:

This policy does not allow returns from commercial customers who made their purchase by issuing a Purchase Order to Dell, including online purchase orders, or on payment terms. Any product returned to Dell without a CRA number will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit, nor will Dell ship the product back to you. Products that are not eligible for return at any time include APEX, Dell, and non-Dell branded enterprise products such as servers, data storage, data protection, converged infrastructure, hyper-converged infrastructure, and networking products, Dell Wyse™ and Wyse-branded products, non-Dell branded software products, gift cards (except where required by law), and customized products
