Products must be in a clean and sellable condition to qualify for a refund. For returns with a gift receipt, you will receive a gift card or an exchange. Items needing repairs should be sent to the manufacturer or an authorized service center. Returns without a valid proof of purchase must be accompanied by a valid ID and will be issued store credit at the lowest selling price. This store credit can only be used for in-store merchandise purchases.
The following items are non-returnable: firearms, ammunition, hunting bows, crossbows, gun powders, primers, rifles/muzzleloaders, black powder, items requiring gasoline or fuel, airbeds, custom, and special order items, autographed collectibles and memorabilia, trading cards, Yeezy shoes, and gift cards. Rapsodo products must be returned in-store only. Additionally, football helmets, air beds, electronic scooters, and bikes, face coverings, ice rinks, portable lavatories, and Whoop fitness trackers cannot be returned if the packaging is opened or the factory seal is broken. Baseball and softball bats are only returnable if they have not been used. Generally, bikes cannot be returned.

When returning an item in-store, processing the refund to your original payment method can take up to 14 business days. If more than 14 days have passed, please contact your financial institution for assistance with the credit.
