  • Before proceeding with the Waterpik warranty claim process, you should register your name, country and state where you live, email address, type of the model, and purchase date in the Product Registration Form

  • An independent website is maintained for the residents of Canada. The same approach should be followed for oral health products, and product manuals have been provided for customers.

  • The consumer will need to provide the original purchase receipt as evidence of the purchase date and, if requested, the complete product to start a Waterpik warranty claim.

Step 2:

  • Replacement tips for most of the products are available on their website. You can visit their online store to locate replacements for water reservoir tanks and lids for countertop, and complete care units.

  • Waterpik warranty covers non-functioning units, pump failure, and other issues like hard water deposits, no flow, leaks, charging failure, noise, low pressure, and mold.

Step 3:

  • The customer support team is ready to assist with your inquiries. Before reaching out to them, you may find their FAQs on their website helpful. 

  • You can expect to receive a response within 2-3 business days. If the product was purchased outside of North America, kindly reach out to your local distributor for assistance. 

  • Please refrain from sending products unless you have initiated contact first. Contact customer service before sending any products.

  • Waterpik offers a limited 2-year warranty on the Sensonic Electric Toothbrush and Cordless Pearl Water Flosser Combo, White; Sensonic Electric Toothbrush; and Sensonic Complete Care, White with Chrome

  • The Waterpik White Aquarius Water Flosser, White Ultra Water Flosser, Modern Gray Ultra Water Flosser, and the Sonic-Fusion 2.0 have a 3-year limited warranty
