  • To set out the Chicago Cutlery warranty claim, your information like name, email, address, residency address, and optional phone number, city, and zip code need to be provided to the Customer care center.

  • If you want to provide additional information, you can do so by including the order number, item/UPC, landmark, and date of purchase. Nonetheless, this is not compulsory, and you can also ask any questions or provide comments.

  • You are required to upload a photo, and please ensure that the file size does not exceed 5MB.

Step 2:

  • You can track your order using the tracking facility. If you're interested in placing an order, please visit their order page.

  • After completing your purchase, expect to receive an order confirmation email containing a unique order number. Feel free to utilize this order number to monitor the status of your order within the "My Account" section.

  • If you haven't registered yet, you have the option to continue without establishing an account, or you can choose to create one. Registered users can dive right in by signing in.

Step 3:

  • Their Customer Center is ready and waiting to assist you with any product-related questions and provide information as needed. They are fully packed with FAQs, ordering and account, shipping information, return policy, and safety instructions to use the products created by them.

  • If you find yourself less than completely satisfied with any product, the Corelle Brands LLC Consumer Care Center offers a solution. You can request a credit for products purchased through the E-Commerce Website or the Consumer Care Center within a 90-day from the date of purchase.

  • They'll hand over a full refund, debiting only the original shipping and handling charges as well as the $8 cost associated with the prepaid return.

  • Make sure that you have never used the product and that it is in its original packaging. The packaging list must be included with your order copy or order confirmation to ensure sudden processing.

  • Please allow a 30-day processing period from the date of shipment for the receipt and handling of your return.

What is covered under the Chicago Cutlery Warranty?

Corelle Brands commits to rectify or replace, or as determined by Corelle Brands, exchange any Chicago Cutlery knife with material or workmanship defects, throughout the product's lifetime, with an item of comparable or substantial value.

What is NOT covered under the Chicago Cutlery Warranty?

Chicago Cutlery warranty will be void:

  • Institutional, or commercial use
  • Non-household purposes
  • Wood blocks
  • Cutting boards
