Are you looking to claim warranty from Walmart brand? Here is what you must do!
To initiate the return, navigate to the ‘Order Details’ section on the ‘Purchase History’ page in your account. There you can start the return process by providing and selecting the appropriate detail.
Once you submit the return successfully, you will be provided with a barcode and return label to be used at the time of return.
Walmart offers you three methods to make the return. First, you can return the damaged products at the Walmart Store. To validate your warranty, you can either print the barcode displayed on the screen or show them the confirmation email you received.
Secondly, you can schedule a pick-up from the address where it was delivered initially.
Alternatively, you can ship the products with the return label (which will be displayed on the screen) attached to your packages and drop them off either at FedEx or USPS center.
Walmart offers you one more option also. If your items are over-sized and become out of your control, please contact them. They will assist you with your returns.
Walmart offers a diversified protection plan that comes with numerous benefits. So the company encourages you to purchase any of their plans to extend the lifespan of your products.
In case of any assistance, please contact the Walmart support team for a faster address of your issues.
