To submit an AMD warranty claim, you need to sign up and activate your account at the AMD Warranty Services Portal.
To create an account, please enter your personal information, including your email address and name. After submitting, you will receive a token number in your email.
Using the provided token number, you can set your password. Once your password is created, your account will be successfully created, and you will be logged in.
Within this form, you will be required to provide your name and address details. Finally, click the 'Submit' button.
In the Product Type, select the AMD product type you have. In the category, select the warranty. In the subject, describe the AMD product issue you are experiencing.
In the problem description, provide additional information about the issue, such as the time it occurred, the steps you have taken to resolve the issue, and any errors you have encountered.
If you have any accompanying documents, such as screenshots and error logs, please upload them to this page.
You will receive an email confirmation from AMD with your warranty claim number. AMD will then review your claim and contact you with further instructions.
After your computer system warranty has expired, you can submit a warranty request to AMD Customer Care.
