What is covered under the Skechers Warranty?

All products of Skechers come with a warranty that covers any kind of material and workmanship defects as long as it is used in the normal preferred conditions only to the original purchaser for the specific period of time subjected by Skechers. If you believe your product is defective, you are free to claim. Skechers at their sole discretion will repair or replace the product free of cost or provide a preferred refund if the product is eligible for the claim. Stitching or glue that may come undone; problems with the sole or upper of the shoe; general wear and tear including scuffing, fading, and discoloration and issues with laces or hardware are some of the common defects covered in the claim. Skechers also offers extended warranty for selected products.

  • 45-Day Return Policy.

  • Extended 90-Day Return Policy For Plus Members.

  • 6 Month to 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty.

  • 2-Year Skechers Warranty Period For Specific Products.

What is NOT covered under the Skechers Warranty?

Skechers follow serious limitations on their warranty plan. Hence, for items that are previously replaced, any exchange request after the initial replacement will not be approved. The warranty claims automatically goes void if it is done for an exchange of color or size of the product and claims with incomplete information and proof. They are also not liable for any product that is damaged or lost in the transit & return shipping fees as they are non-refundable. Please do return both shoes even if only one shoe shows the issue to make the claim eligible. The manufacturer’s warranty will obviously not cover any damages caused by no care and maintenance to the product; normal wear and tear that includes discoloration, fading, or any other damage that occurs over time or improper use. Additionally, any damages caused by chemicals, water, or extreme temperatures are also not covered.
