In case you face defects of any degree, Husky Liners will either repair or replace the product free of cost at their sole discretion. However, you will have to bear the labor charges associated with removing or reinstalling the product. In case of unavailability of the product, Husky Liners will provide you with a current product of comparable function and value. You can also exercise legal rights in the claim along with other special rights that may differ from one state/ province to the other.
Husky Liners practices a warranty plan that does not cover any defect, damage or malfunction due to no proper care, improper installation, misuse, accident, modification, improper or inadequate maintenance or on-road and off-road hazards. They are also not liable for incidental and consequential damages. This warranty is always applicable only for the defined terms and conditions and the period of the plan only to the original retail purchaser.
