Step 1:

  • To initiate a warranty claim, the buyer must fill out the warranty claim form promptly. Any warranty claims should be submitted by the buyer without delay.

  • Before returning any product, the purchaser must acquire a return authorization number from Pelican Customer Service and cover all associated warranty freight expenses.

Step 2:

  • You can return any item bought from the website within 15 days from the date you received it. However, if the product has a quality issue or damage, or if Pelican shipped the wrong item, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return it.

  • To initiate a return, please reach out to the customer service team or give them a call to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • If you plan to return five or more items, kindly contact customer service via email or phone. Please note that returns lacking a valid RA number will not be accepted.

Step 3:

  • Depending on the situation, Pelican will either credit your card upon receiving the physical return or upon receiving digital confirmation of a damaged item from the customer service team.

  • Pelican will process a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the product at the warehouse. Refunds will be issued solely to the billing name and address provided in the original order.

What is covered under the Pelican Warranty?

Pelican Products, Inc. ("Pelican") assures that its products will be devoid of any defects in materials and workmanship for a specific period from the date of purchase invoice. This warranty is exclusively applicable to the original buyer and cannot be transferred. Pelican will, at its discretion, either repair or replace any damaged or faulty component or case.

What is NOT covered under the Pelican Warranty?

Any warranty claims, regardless of their nature, will be invalidated if the product has been modified, damaged, physically altered in any way, or exposed to abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents.
