  • All Outlet Deal furniture and mattress items, as well as Open Box furniture and mattress items, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The conditions for returning merchandise through FedEx are the same as those for in-store returns.

What is covered under the Conn's Warranty?

Every product is guaranteed to be devoid of material and workmanship defects for the duration specified in its respective warranty plan. Conn’s reserves the right to replace any product that is claimed and verified to be genuinely defective under normal usage and maintenance, at its sole discretion.

What is NOT covered under the Conn's Warranty?

Similar to other warranty plans, Conn’s warranty plan also has its limitations. Claims for damages and defects resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper use of the product contrary to their guidelines, or lack of proper care and maintenance are typically not covered. Furthermore, any defects beyond Conn’s control, such as Acts of God, accidents, and various other factors, are also excluded from the claim.
