Step 1:

• For warranty claims, you can contact the customer service team through two available methods. Please note that delays may occur during peak periods.

• The form found on the page provides fields such as name, email address, purchase date, model, and order number, along with some additional fields to be filled out. A maximum size of 256 Mb is allowed to upload the photo either in gif, jpg, png, or pdf format.

Step 2:

• The return policy for incorrect goods applies to products received in unsuitable condition, and they should be returned to the manufacturer within 28 working days in their original packaging without being used.

• You must return the products within 14 days of receiving your product which did not meet your expectations. You will be provided with an additional 14 days when you inform them about the return for the refund to be credited.

• All returned products are thoroughly inspected to confirm that the products are in good condition. Do not forget to attach the confirmation of your order, which is necessary to process your refund.
