PlayStore & App Store
Nike has two options for customers to file a warranty claim. You can either return the products directly to the original place of purchase or claim your warranty on the official Nike website if you cannot visit the store or were referred to Nike by the retailer.
When returning the products, the label, hang tag, or warranty card sent with them must be included with the return details.
For return and to monitor the status of your order, your order number and email address will be required.
Returns must be initiated within 60 days of an online order delivery or a store purchase.
You can return the products, including custom Nike sneakers. Importantly, Nike members won't incur any charges for this return.
Products must be returned in unworn and unwashed condition to qualify for in-store credit at the current price or for an exchange.
Products bought from Nike clearance stores are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of defects or flaws. The Nike clearance stores are not the right place to return the items received at other Nike stores or online.
If you have any confusion about making a return to Nike, kindly read this article: Nike Return Policy.
