To initiate a Zwilling return, you must first create an account by providing your order number and email address. The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. This warranty is valid only for products purchased in the United States from Zwilling or an authorized Zwilling seller located in the United States unless otherwise restricted by law. Zwilling products are sold exclusively by authorized sellers who adhere to Zwilling’s policies, procedures, and quality standards. Zwilling reserves the right to deny warranty claims for products bought from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized online sites. If your Zwilling product is damaged and qualifies under this limited warranty, Zwilling will replace it with the same item whenever possible. If the item is unavailable or out of stock, Zwilling reserves the right to provide a comparable item of equal quality and value as a replacement.
