Step 1:

  • Customers wishing to make a Zwilling warranty claim due to a product defect should contact their Consumer Relations Department to obtain a return authorization, prepaid return label, and instructions to expedite their request.

  • When reaching out to their Consumer Relations Department via email, chat, or message, please include the following information: your full name, address, and contact phone number.

  • Additionally, provide clear images of the damaged item. If you are returning knives, note that all knives have an item number etched into the blade; please check their website to help identify your cookware line.

Step 2:

  • To register your product, simply click on the product selection, explore your benefits, fill in your details, and confirm your selection. It’s a straightforward process.

  • To initiate a Zwilling return, you must first create an account by providing your order number and email address. The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. Make sure to securely package the items to prevent any damage during transit. To avoid delays, please include your return authorization slip inside the package.

Step 3:

  • Once your returned item(s) are received and their condition is verified, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • The customer service department is here to assist you. If you would like to speak with a team member, please call the number below.

What is covered under the Zwilling Warranty?

Zwilling J.A. Henckels, LLC (“Zwilling”) warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase for as long as the purchaser owns the product. This warranty is valid only for products purchased in the United States from Zwilling or an authorized Zwilling seller located in the United States unless otherwise restricted by law. Zwilling products are sold exclusively by authorized sellers who adhere to Zwilling’s policies, procedures, and quality standards. Zwilling reserves the right to deny warranty claims for products bought from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized online sites. If your Zwilling product is damaged and qualifies under this limited warranty, Zwilling will replace it with the same item whenever possible. If the item is unavailable or out of stock, Zwilling reserves the right to provide a comparable item of equal quality and value as a replacement.

What is NOT covered under the Zwilling Warranty?

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, alterations, negligence, or use of the product outside its intended purpose. Zwilling does not offer repair services; for repairs, please consult an independent professional of your choice. Be aware that any damage incurred during repair will void the warranty.
