Step 1:

  • The product must be returned to a SENCO authorized warranty service center to initiate a SENCO warranty claim. Without proof of purchase or a purchase receipt, they will not process your SENCO warranty claim.

  • You can find a list of SENCO authorized warranty service centers at www.senco.com or by calling the toll-free number provided below.

Step 2:

  • On the official website of SENCO, individuals can complete their product registration for future warranty claims.

  • Alternatively, you can complete and return the prepaid warranty registration form included with your operator’s manual and parts chart, which can be found inside the product carton.

Step 3:

  • The warranty registration form includes your name, address, email address, product model, serial number, and a few other details.

  • SENCO will replace any tool destroyed solely by the forces of nature, such as floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, or other natural disasters.

  • Such a claim will be honored if the original retail purchaser has previously submitted a completed warranty registration card for the tool and provides proof of ownership along with an acceptable statement describing the Act of God, documented by an insurance carrier, police department, or another official government source.

What is covered under the Senco Tools Warranty?

Throughout the warranty period, starting from the purchase date, SENCO will, at its discretion and expense, repair or replace any product or part found to have defects in materials or workmanship upon inspection by a SENCO Authorized Warranty Service Center. Any replacement product or part will inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product or part.

What is NOT covered under the Senco Tools Warranty?

The warranty does not cover normal wear parts, such as isolators, drive belts, air filters, rubber o-rings, seals, driver blades, piston stops, and piston/driver assemblies. Additionally, parts damaged by normal wear, misapplication, misuse, accidents, operation outside of recommended speeds or voltage (for electric units), improper storage, or shipping damage are excluded from this warranty. Products used in production or industrial applications, as defined by SENCO, are also not covered. Labor charges and any loss or damage resulting from improper operation, maintenance, or repairs fall outside the scope of this warranty.
