Step 1:

  • Paslode Tools offers two types of registration and claims: the Free Cordless 2-year Service Promise and Basic Registration. Both registration types are nearly the same, and the form consists of four stages: product information, personal information, address, and completion.

  • To register and make a Paslode warranty claim, you will need to provide the serial number, purchase date, and location, followed by the above-mentioned details. The registration will allow you to receive their benefits, such as the free cordless 2-year service promise.

  • To enroll your nailer, complete the registration within 60 days of purchase using its serial number. After that, activate your Service Promise by responding to a few simple questions.

Step 2:

  • The serial number of your nailer consists of 10 characters (formatted as 0000XX0000, with 4 digits, 2 letters, and 4 additional digits) and is embossed on the tool itself.

  • Nailers included in the Cordless 2-Year Service Promise will only be serviced at the Paslode factory service location in Lake Forest, IL. After your nailer arrives at the Paslode factory, it will be repaired within three days. The overall turnaround time will vary based on the shipping duration to and from your location.

Step 3:

  • Filing a claim is simple—either fill out the form or call them directly. Once your claim is initiated, you’ll receive instructions for complimentary UPS shipping.

  • You can find two contact forms: one for general inquiries related to Paslode and the other for technical support questions. They have a separate contact number, 800-634-7373, for those who do not enroll within 60 days from the date of purchase to provide solutions.

  • Paslode Tools offers a 1-year full warranty and a 5-year extended limited warranty on framing nailers, finish nailers, siding nailers, staplers, cordless tools, and pneumatic tools

  • Paslode Tools also provides a free cordless 2-year service promise registration

What is covered under the Paslode Tools Warranty?

Paslode warrants that new tools, parts, and accessories will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the specified period following the delivery date to the original user.

What is NOT covered under the Paslode Tools Warranty?

The warranty is void for any tool that has been misused, abused, accidentally or intentionally damaged, used with fasteners, fuel, batteries, or chargers that do not meet Paslode’s specifications, size, or quality, improperly maintained, repaired with non-Paslode replacement parts, damaged during transit or handling, or, in Paslode’s opinion, altered or repaired in a manner that impacts the tool’s performance.
