  • Even if you need to return faulty or damaged items or unwanted goods, you have an informing window of fourteen days from the date you receive the goods to contact the customer service department, which will provide you with a returns label.

  • An extra 14 days are offered to send back the unwanted goods to Zwilling. Every unwanted good must be packed in its original packaging, in good condition, and it should not have been used in any way.

What is covered under the Zwilling Cookware Warranty?

Every product from the ZWILLING Group, sold in the UK and Ireland, comes with a lifetime warranty for domestic use, safeguarding against defects in manufacture and materials. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase. With the lifetime warranty in place, ZWILLING will either repair your item if feasible or provide a replacement of a similar kind.

What is NOT covered under the Zwilling Cookware Warranty?

The lifetime warranty comes with certain exclusions, including wear and tear resulting from normal use, damage attributed to the misuse or abuse of the product, commercial use, accidental damage, discoloration, and/or mis-shaping due to overheating. It also excludes products with specified limited durations on the packaging, those with non-stick coatings, items featuring wooden parts, rubber seals/rings (in the case of pressure cookers), and instances where users fail to adhere to ZWILLING's guidelines for the general care and use of the products.
