Hunter Douglas window fashion products are protected against defects in materials, workmanship, or operational failure for the entire duration of ownership by the original retail purchaser. This lifetime limited warranty extends to all internal mechanisms, components, brackets, and fabric delamination. Any necessary repairs or replacements will involve using similar or equivalent parts or products.

What is NOT covered under the Hunter Douglas Blinds Warranty?

The lifetime limited warranty does not cover conditions resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, accidents, misuse, or alterations to the product. It also excludes damages caused by exposure to the elements (such as sun damage, wind, water/moisture) and discoloration or fading over time. Additionally, the warranty does not apply if there is a failure to follow instructions regarding measurement, proper installation, cleaning, or maintenance.
