  • The warranty for USA and Canada customers can be extended for one more year from the original warranty period if you complete the registration within three months of the purchase date.

  • Your name, physical address, model and serial number, location, and purchase date must be filled out in the respective boxes. The uploading size limit of the receipt is 6 MB or less and in specified formats.

Step 2:

  • The warranty does not encompass any special, incidental, and/or consequential damages, including the loss of profits, experienced by the original purchaser, its customers, and/or the users of the products.

  • The proof of original purchase date is required for warranty service. It is advisable to retain a copy of your dated proof of purchase (sales slip) to facilitate obtaining service under the warranty.

Step 3:

  • Normal wear of the finish and wear to the finish due to operator abuse, improper maintenance, or the use of corrosive or abrasive cleaning products or pads are also excluded.

What is covered under the Elica Cooktop Warranty?

During the warranty period, Elica will furnish non-consumable parts or components that have failed due to manufacturing defects, free of charge. Additionally, Elica will provide complimentary labor and in-home service to replace any defective parts. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser of products acquired for ordinary residential use in North America. It is non-transferable and exclusively applies to the original purchaser.

What is NOT covered under the Elica Cooktop Warranty?

The warranty does not extend to cover any damage or failure to the product resulting from accidents or acts of nature, such as floods, fires, or earthquakes. It also does not include damage or failure arising from product modification or the use of non-genuine parts, along with any damage occurring during delivery, handling, or installation. Exclusions from warranty coverage encompass operator abuse, dwelling fuse replacement or circuit breaker resetting, and the commercial application of the product. Additionally, the warranty does not cover service trips to the dwelling for use or installation guidance, light bulbs, metal or carbon filters, and other consumable parts. The warranty is not applicable if the product has not been operated in accordance with the accompanying instructions for use.
