The same customer support provides you with a Return Authorization number. After obtaining that number, they use email to send you a FedEx prepaid shipping label for shipping purposes.
You have to include the printed label with the return shipment. A full refund is provided for products returned within thirty days.
Once your package is prepared for shipment, you can either drop it off at a FedEx location or schedule a pick-up through the official FedEx website.
You cannot expect Steamfast to reimburse the shipping charges as they fall under the non-refundable category.
