Three locations where the serial number can be found: on the outer surface of the package, on the product packaging, and by scanning the QR code or sticker on the back cover.
You have only a thirty-day time period from the date the order was received to get in touch with the customer support team regarding the return of the product. Using the email that was used for placing the order and the order number will enable you to streamline the return process.
However, the time period to report the receipt of defective, damaged, or incorrect items is 48 hours. Zuvi should be notified promptly upon product delivery.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will be promptly notified regarding the approval status of your refund. If deemed eligible, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method.

The warranty will cover the hair dryer and styling accessories. Repair or replacement of your Zuvi appliance will be provided if it is deemed defective due to faulty materials, workmanship, or function within the warranty period. Proof of purchase or delivery will be required.
Zuvi does not guarantee repair or replacement in cases where a defect arises from: failure to perform recommended appliance maintenance; accidental damage; faults resulting from negligent, careless, or improper use, including operation not in line with the User Manual; using the appliance for purposes other than intended, such as professional or commercial use; employing non-genuine Zuvi components or parts not assembled per Zuvi's instructions; repairs or alterations conducted by parties other than Zuvi or its authorized agents; normal wear and tear; damage due to external force; or occurrences beyond the warranty period.
