The protocol for returning unsatisfactory products is to return them within sixty days of the original shipment date, providing the original order ID, email address, and ensuring they are in their original condition with the original packaging.
You can either receive an exchange or a refund, and the refund amount will be the price paid for the product. The shipping charges have to be borne by the consumers.

LIFX provides a warranty specifically for the LIFX bulb against any defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal usage for a specified period starting from the original retail purchase date by the initial buyer. Within this Limited Warranty timeframe, should a defect occur and a valid claim is made to LIFX, the company will, at its discretion and within the bounds of the law, either repair the product with new or refurbished replacement parts at no cost or exchange it with a new or refurbished product.
This Limited Warranty is applicable solely to products produced by or for LIFX, identifiable by the presence of the "LIFX" trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them
The Limited Warranty excludes coverage for any LIFX products and services apart from the specific Product, as well as non-LIFX hardware products, consumables like batteries, and software, irrespective of whether they are bundled or sold alongside the Product or integrated into it. Furthermore, this warranty does not extend to any Product or component thereof that has been altered or modified (e.g., for changing functionality or capability) by individuals not affiliated with LIFX, or if the Product is placed or installed in a casing not provided by LIFX. Moreover, Defects or damage resulting from use with non-LIFX products, accidents, abuse, misuse, natural disasters, or abnormal conditions, operating the product beyond the permitted or intended uses or conditions specified by LIFX, or with improper voltage or power supply, are not covered. Additionally, any service conducted by individuals not associated with LIFX is not covered. The recovery and reinstallation of software programs and user data are also excluded from this Limited Warranty.
