What is covered under the Origin PC Warranty?

ORIGIN PC assures the initial buyer that all ORIGIN PC hardware will be devoid of any defects in materials and workmanship for the specified duration outlined in your packing slip or invoice, commencing from the delivery date. Additionally, ORIGIN PC assures the original purchaser that any paintwork and artwork will remain free from issues such as peeling, bubbling, and significant discoloration throughout the applicable warranty period, beginning from the delivery date.

What is NOT covered under the Origin PC Warranty?

The warranty excludes coverage for several categories, including non-ORIGIN PC branded products like monitors, speakers, mice, keyboards, etc., which are provided as is under the original manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, all software, including the operating system and any software added at the customer's request, is not covered. Damage resulting from actions beyond ORIGIN PC's control, such as lack of maintenance, impacts, liquids, fire, rain, lightning, or catastrophic events like nuclear war, zombie apocalypse, epidemic, alien occupation, or armed insurrection, is also not covered. Furthermore, products damaged through misuse, abuse, or mishandling, as well as unauthorized modification of the system or individual components and/or attachment of peripheral devices, are excluded from warranty coverage. Products for which full payment has not been received by ORIGIN PC and any product or parts not originally purchased from ORIGIN PC are also not covered under the warranty.
