In order to initiate a warranty claim, the product owner needs to reach out to the authorized dealer or representative of the MANUFACTURER, within the relevant warranty period, and acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. The manufacturer bears no responsibility for any items damaged, misplaced, or lost during the shipping process.
Should your purchase from the MANUFACTURER fail to meet your satisfaction, you have the option to return it within 15 days of either pickup or receipt for a replacement or full refund.
The manufacturer imposes a 30% restocking fee on all custom-made items, including T-Top Boat Covers, Center Console Boat Covers, and Ultimate Boat Shade Kits.
This warranty grants you certain rights. Additionally, you may have additional rights that differ from state to state. The terms of this warranty are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States of America.
