3 Simple Steps for Zojirushi Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • As soon as you touch the product registration icon, the registration process for electric and non-electric products will appear, but both forms are identical with a few mandatory fields with other optional fields.

  • Your rights to claim the warranty is still unaffected although you fail to register your product. The details such as personal, residential, and contact must be filled out.

Step 2:

  • You can return the product after receiving a Return Authorization Number from Customer Service by calling the toll-free number. Shipping fees are covered under the warranty, while packaging fees are not included.

  • This warranty is applicable exclusively to purchases made through authorized retailers and does not extend to individuals who are not the original retail purchasers of the product. 

  • The warranty policy of Zojirushi is not applicable to purchases conducted via Internet auction sites.

Step 3:

  • To contact the customer service team, you need to submit your serial and model number, subject, category, and other required details. The working hours of the Technical Service and Parts Sales team differ from the standard working hours.

  • At the bottom of the form, three files, each not exceeding 3 MB, have to be uploaded. They may be in either jpg, pdf, png, or txt format.

  • During the warranty process, Zojirushi may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

What is covered under the Zojirushi Warranty?

Zojirushi America Corporation warrants the product against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a particular period from the date of the original retail purchase. If there is a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, ZOJIRUSHI will replace the product with no charge to you in the U.S.A. and Canada, provided you return the product during the warranty period and if you are covered, to ZOJIRUSHI AMERICA.

  • 6-month limited warranty on commercial products

  • 1-year limited warranty on electrical products

  • 5-year warranty on stainless steel vacuum heat retention

What is NOT covered under the Zojirushi Warranty?

The warranty is not applicable if the product has undergone damage due to accidents, abuse, misuse, or misapplication; has been altered or modified without written permission from ZOJIRUSHI; has not been adequately maintained or operated in accordance with the operation manual; was not imported by ZOJIRUSHI AMERICA; has suffered damage from accidental, improper installation, or neglect; or if the lot number on the product has been removed or defaced.
