Step 1:

  • You can also become an account holder with Abey by registering yourself, providing your email address and password. Your proof of purchase or documents, which are equal to it, and your account serve as the main factors in claiming the warranty.

  • Warranties will become void in the event of any damage to the product, which includes but is not limited to corrosion resulting from misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or other forms of abuse.

  • Additionally, if the product's serial number is removed, defaced, changed, or tampered with in any way, the warranty will be invalidated. You cannot claim the warranty in the event your product has been installed by a plumber or an electrician who has no proper license.

Step 2:

  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, chips, or discoloration are not included in Abey's warranty coverage. The listed products on the original website are protected by the warranty schemes.

  • The warranty timeframe begins either on the date of purchase or, in the case of new homes, the date of handover. 

Step 3:

  • In the contact section, there is a form provided that requires a few details to be filled out. The team eagerly anticipates addressing and resolving your concerns at your earliest convenience.

  • You can expect a response from one of the Abey Australia Warranty Representatives within 2 working days to discuss your warranty claim.

  • During the warranty process, Abey may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

Abey Australia Pty Ltd assures the original purchaser of the product, under proper care, domestic/residential use, and maintenance, that the products provided by Abey will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, in accordance with the specified terms and conditions.

  • 2-year warranty on labour for Gessi Emporio brand

  • 3-year warranty on finishes for Armando Vicario brand

  • 3-year warranty on cartridge for Schock Alfresco brand

  • 15-year warranty on the cartridge for the Gessi and Gessi Emporio brand

What is NOT covered under the Abey Warranty?

Abey will not assume responsibility for any consequential damage or costs if there is insufficient access to Product Fittings and Fixtures. Abey Australia will not be held accountable for any subsequent loss or damage to furniture, floor coverings, walls, fixtures, or any other consequential losses resulting from defects in the Products or Components. Additionally, Abey will not bear the costs associated with warranty work conducted without their knowledge and prior approval.
