• To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

• You will be responsible for covering the shipping expenses when returning your item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

• You can also become an account holder with Abey by registering yourself, providing your email address and password.

• Your proof of purchase or documents, which are equal to it, and your account serve as the main factors in claiming the warranty.
