ZOID cutting tools come with a warranty for the original purchaser, assuring freedom from defects in both material and workmanship throughout the product's lifespan. If a replacement is issued, the Limited Lifetime Warranty on the new item will expire twelve months from the date of receipt. Your warranty entitlements remain unaffected even if you choose not to register your product. The limited warranty cannot be transferred.

The warranty provided by Zoid Tools does not extend to damage determined to result from misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover blades/blade refills. It excludes products purchased, used, or operated outside of the United States and Canada, as well as products that have been modified or subjected to modification attempts. Damage resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, neglect, unreasonable use, use contrary to the operating instructions, normal wear and tear, commercial use, improper assembly, disassembly, failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, fire, flood, acts of God, or repair by anyone unless directed by an Instant Brands representative is also not covered. The use of unauthorized parts and accessories, incidental and consequential damages, and the cost of repair or replacement under these excluded circumstances are not included in the warranty coverage.
