  • The information includes hat details, store name, purchase date, transaction or reference number, order number, and details of the account maintained on the official website. An on-screen message is sent to you, this is the method followed by them to confirm your registration.

  • Tilley handles Guaranteed for Life requests solely through its official website. Submissions made via any means other than the designated electronic portal will not be recognized or approved.

Step 2:

  • Products that are new, unwashed, unworn, and in their original state with tags remaining attached can be returned within thirty days from the date of purchase. Particular items such as clearance items, underwear, socks, and masks are exempted from returning.

  • A valid receipt or gift receipt is essential for processing the refund. The store accepts returns for products purchased at Tilley stores or from the official website. Reimbursements will be processed using the initial payment method.

  • They will send you an email to confirm that your package has reached the warehouse without any issues, along with details about the refund. The refund processing time is 10 days before it is reflected in the original account.

  • If you need to reach out to customer support, it's advisable to do so promptly, as they are well-trained to assist with issues related to returns, guarantees, FAQs, registration, and more.

  • Tilley retains the authority to assess whether an item meets the criteria for replacement under the Guaranteed for Life policy.

  • During the warranty process, Tilley may provide one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. The warranty period varies for each product.
