On the bottom of the product, there is a circular sticker where you can find the serial number. Furthermore, a silver rectangular sticker on the rear side of the product contains the model name or number along with the date code.
Instant Brands needs you to submit the date of purchase on the purchase receipt in the image or screenshot format as well as a photo of the silver, rectangular sticker. The image size can be up to 5MB fixed size.
You have a 90-day window, starting from the date of purchase, to return any unsatisfactory products. The return policy is applicable to items obtained through their E-Commerce website or customer care center. To initiate the refund process, please follow the provided guidelines.

The limited warranty is specifically for purchases made by the initial appliance owner through authorized Instant Brands retailers and is not transferrable. To access services covered by the Limited Warranty, it is essential to provide evidence of the original purchase date and, if requested by Instant Brands, return the appliance. Instant Brands retains the sole and exclusive discretion to either address defects in materials or workmanship or supply a replacement for the appliance, on the condition that it was used following the provided use and care instructions. In the event of appliance replacement, the Limited Warranty on the new appliance will cease twelve months from the date of receipt.
The limited warranty becomes void if the products are bought, utilized, or operated outside the United States and Canada. It also does not cover products that have been altered or attempted to be modified. Damages resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, neglect, unreasonable use, use contrary to the operating instructions, normal wear and tear, commercial use, improper assembly, disassembly, failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, fire, flood, acts of God, or repairs by anyone other than an Instant Brands representative are excluded from warranty coverage. Additionally, the use of unauthorized parts and accessories, incidental and consequential damages, and the expenses associated with repair or replacement under these excluded circumstances are not covered by the warranty.
