  • Zodiac Pool is not providing their customers with account creation procedures. Instead, you can directly register all of your products that are purchased directly from them. It is very important if you want to claim a warranty for them.

  • Since Zodiac is a part of Fluidra, You will have to register your product on their website. You will have to choose the product brand, product category, and model name first. Followed by providing the product details and necessary information of the pool owner and confirming your registration at last.

  • During the warranty process, Zodiac Pool Systems may provide you with one of the following solutions: a warranty replacement or warranty service during a warranty period that ranges from 2 to 3 years.

Step 2:

  • You will have to fill out the “Warranty RMA Request” form to claim for any of your defective products.

  • You will have to provide your name & address, account information and to whom the RMA is along with the description and necessary RMA details like quantity, part number, type of RMA, dealer name, date of purchase and serial number.

  • Their experts will look into your claim and provide you with an RMA number for further proceeding in the claim provided that you are eligible for it.

What is covered under the Zodiac Pool Systems Warranty?

Fluidra warrants all of the Zodiac Pool products with a warranty plan that covers any kind of defect you might face in the material and workmanship of the products you own that are purchased from authorized sources. They follow specified warranty plans for each of their products which will differ from one to the other due to the nature of the product. It will always be applicable for all products from the original date of purchase. Any such defect will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of the product.

What is NOT covered under the Zodiac Pool Systems Warranty?

Any damage or defect due to improper equipment sizing or product mis-applications; use of non-factory authorized parts or accessories in conjunction with the product; workmanship of any installer of the product; failure to properly install, operate or maintain the product in accordance with operation and/or maintenance manuals; corrosion, scaling, erosion, calcification or other conditions caused by chemical imbalance, water hardness, or lack of product maintenance; product modifications or adjustments that are not in accordance with operation and/or maintenance manuals; damage during transit or installation, vandalism, mis-handling, tampering, alterations, accidents, floods, fires, storms, power surges, earthquakes, lightning, pets or other animals, insects and/or their hives or nests, negligence, or Acts of God; freezing, cracking, warping, overheating, flooding, moisture intrusion or any other condition caused by or related to improper winterization, weather, climate, improper equipment placement, inadequate water circulation, inadequate ventilation, irrigation systems, roof run-off, sprinklers, or lights or other products on or near the pool/spa or pool/spa equipment pad; chemical contamination of combustion air or improper use of pool/spa chemicals, such as introducing chemicals upstream of the heater or cleaner hose, or through the skimmer or use of copper-based algaecides in conjunction with Nature2 products; dirty, blocked, clogged, covered or obstructed plumbing, chlorine generator cells or sensors, pump impellers, pump strainer baskets, heater orifices (including blockage by spider webs), heater grills, doors, flue boxes, flue vents or flue collectors, filter elements, or filter breather tubes; operating the product at water flow rates below minimum, or above maximum, specifications; operating any product or piece of equipment including, but not limited to, pumps, with insufficient quantities of water and collateral damage caused by failure of any components including pump strainer baskets, sand filter laterals, O-rings, DE grids, or cartridge elements are always excluded in the claim.
