- Damage caused by freezing, cracking, warping, overheating, flooding, or moisture intrusion due to improper winterization, weather, climate, improper equipment placement, or inadequate water circulation or ventilation.
- Damage caused by failed components such as pump strainer baskets, sand filter laterals, O-rings, DE grids, or cartridge elements.
