  • Modifications or adjustments not in accordance with operation/maintenance manuals; transit or installation damage, vandalism, mishandling, tampering, accidents, or natural disasters such as floods, fires, storms, power surges, earthquakes, and Acts of God.
  • Damage caused by freezing, cracking, warping, overheating, flooding, or moisture intrusion due to improper winterization, weather, climate, improper equipment placement, or inadequate water circulation or ventilation.
  • Damage caused by failed components such as pump strainer baskets, sand filter laterals, O-rings, DE grids, or cartridge elements.
