Step 1:

  • ASICS concludes that you are experiencing this type of problem with your product by verifying the photos you submit, which are located below the personal and purchase information.

  • The form allows for a maximum of four images, with one being optional: a photo of the receipt. The other three are pictures of the sizing tag, defective area, and rubber outsole (from heel to toe). 

  • The size of the images should not exceed 1.5MB, and only JPG or PNG formats are permitted. The description box is the final field where you can explain the issues.

Step 2:

  • Products purchased from ASICS or an ASICS retail store can be returned without hindrance within ninety days of the purchase date, provided they are in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition.

  • If ASICS determines that you are eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be credited to the original form of payment. The refund will include the merchandise price paid plus any applicable tax. 

  • It is impossible to commence the returns when you don't have the order confirmation number and shipping label. The former is found in the order confirmation email or ASICS store receipt and the latter will be provided by customer care.

  • Accessing the customer support page will provide you with information on all topics, as it covers every heading, and the customer support team is working round the clock.

  • ASICS provides exchanges on a limited basis, which are exclusively available in-store. Online exchanges for merchandise are not available.

What is covered under the ASICS Warranty?

ASICS America Corporation provides a warranty to the initial consumer purchaser in the United States and its territories, guaranteeing that products will be devoid of manufacturing defects. This warranty solely pertains to ASICS items bought by the consumer directly from ASICS or an ASICS-authorized retailer that adheres to ASICS' quality control standards, unless legally prohibited. Should ASICS confirm that a product is defective and covered by this warranty, the company will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective item at no cost to the consumer, or offer a credit equivalent to the original purchase price for the consumer to acquire a different ASICS product.

What is NOT covered under the ASICS Warranty?

The limited warranty excludes defects arising from improper fitting, regular wear and tear, damage from improper usage, misuse, improper handling or storage, failure to adhere to product instructions, product modification or alteration, unauthorized repair, or negligence. Furthermore, this limited warranty does not apply to any subsequent owner, consumer, or other party who acquires the product.
