  • The claim form includes spaces for the model number, a description of the product issue in the designated box, the month and year of purchase, and personal information. The warranty claims are not applicable to third-party purchases.

Step 2:

  • The refund is processed to the credit card that you used during the purchase unless the products are not sent within thirty days of the date of the delivery. The customer service center generates the return authorization number after the return request is made.

  • The crediting of refund time for returns has a maximum limit of ten days. The restocking fee is 25 percent of the product cost for items that have been mounted in a vehicle or used.

What is covered under the Rockford Fosgate Warranty?

The warranty is valid solely for Rockford Fosgate products sold to consumers through Authorized Rockford Fosgate Dealers within the United States of America or its territories. Products bought by consumers from an Authorized Rockford Fosgate Dealer in another country are solely covered by that country's Distributor and not by Rockford Corporation. This warranty specifically extends to the original purchaser of Rockford products acquired from an Authorized Rockford Fosgate Dealer in the United States.

What is NOT covered under the Rockford Fosgate Warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, abuse, improper handling, water exposure, or theft. Additionally, any expenses related to the removal or reinstallation of the product are not included. Services performed by individuals other than Rockford or an Authorized Rockford Fosgate Service Center are not covered. Products with defaced, altered, or removed serial numbers are ineligible for warranty claims. Any subsequent damage to other components is also excluded from coverage. Furthermore, products purchased outside the U.S. or not from an Authorized Rockford Fosgate Dealer are not covered by the warranty if taken outside the country of purchase.
