Within thirty days from the date when your order was shipped, the product that was purchased on the original website has to be returned. Products sold by retail shops cannot be returned to Zippo. Keep your products in a new and unused condition for return for credit.
A copy of the packaging slip, which is in your shipment, and the reason for return must be included to receive the credit. Your order number, name, address, phone number, and email can be used instead of the original packaging slip when you do not have it.
Zippo provides a refund in the form of payment that you used during the original order following the receipt of the product. You will receive the product and sales tax amount with the refund.
If an incorrect item was shipped or if products were damaged in transit, the refund will also cover the shipping charges. Engraved or customized products are exempt from being returned to the seller.
If you bought your Zippo or Case product from an authorized retailer of Zippo or Case, please get in touch with that retailer to inquire about their return policy.

The Zippo Manufacturing Company provides a warranty for the Product, covering manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and commences on the date of purchase.
The warranty excludes damage, failure, or loss arising from abuse, accidents, misuse, improper or abnormal use, neglect, unauthorized or improper repair, failure to adhere to Zippo's provided instructions, or unforeseeable events or other circumstances beyond Zippo's control. Any endeavor to open the sealed sections of the Product case by the user or any non-approved repair center will nullify the warranty.
