When the product shows any signs of defects in material or workmanship, it has to be returned to Ross Reels, attaching a product service form safely.
Four steps must be completed: filling out the form, printing, paying the service cost, and shipping.
For the registration process, you should provide your email, name, physical address, product, and purchase information, and the name of the dealer in the form.
Out-of-production items may be substituted with more recent models as needed. Items not acquired through an Authorized Dealer are not included in the warranty.
All shipments to Ross must have freight paid. Ross retains the right to decide whether to repair or replace any product covered by the warranty.
The customer support team can be reached by phone, email, or the provided form. Only a few details have to be filled in the form. You will be contacted by them as soon as you complete the form.
During the warranty process, Ross Reels may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the limited lifetime warranty period.
Limited lifetime warranty
Typical Processing Time: Warranty service is handled after the reel is received at the factory, with repair or replacement completed after inspection and servicing.
Reason for Common Delays: Delays usually happen due to shipping time, inspection workload, missing paperwork, or determining if damage is covered under warranty.
Helpful Tip to make the claim easier: Always include the completed Product Service Form and ship your reel with tracking to avoid lost or delayed warranty processing.
