With the details you are going to provide in the form, they will keep updating you. Those details include your personal information, product details, and purchase information, with a receipt to be uploaded.
An identical form is used to create the warranty and to return the product. The receiving of your claim is notified by an automated email. And then, within one or two days, one of the customer support team members will be in touch with you.
New and unused products should be returned to the place of purchase along with the receipt. If products are sent to Big Agnes for exchange, they must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.
The products received with proof of purchase and all original packaging, stuff sacks, storage sacks, and hang tags by the manufacturer will be eligible for a full refund.
Your credit or refund will be adjusted for the cost of the items not received, pending the evaluation of the item.

Big Agnes products are covered by a Limited Warranty, addressing manufacturing or material defects. The items must be acquired from an authorized Big Agnes retailer or directly from Big Agnes. The decision to repair or replace items rests with Big Agnes. In cases where a replacement product is unavailable, credit will be issued for the original purchase price upon return with a receipt.
The warranty does not cover products damaged due to normal wear and tear, alterations made by the owner, misuse, accidents, or uses other than intended. Items bought at REI Garage Sales are not included in the warranty. Big Agnes assumes no responsibility for any consequential or incidental damages of any kind.
