  • You have the option to transfer the warranty to anyone, and a service request form should be used to make the warranty claim. In the form, you need to fill out the retailer, consumer, installer, and product details. In the end, a photo needs to be uploaded.

  • Turner Hastings will provide you with an after-sales and service number after receiving the service request form. After this, they will contact and ask you about the issue in detail. Your proof of purchase is essential in making a warranty claim.

  • There is some additional information required in addition to the details mentioned above in the service request form for making a warranty registration.

Step 2:

  • You can return the products that are in resalable condition with an application of a 20% restocking fee of the original invoice value. Paying the return freight cost is in the retailer's hands. The return form is for the use of retailers.

  • After your return request is approved, you will be notified via email with an attachment of the Return Authorization in PDF format, which should be attached to the items that are about to be returned by printing it.

Step 3:

  • Upon receiving the items, their warehouse team will examine the product and packaging to verify that both are in satisfactory resalable condition.

  • For your benefit, they offer guarantee schemes for products getting damaged in accidents and breakages during transportation. The duration of the warranty for both schemes is 365 days.

  • During the warranty process, Turner Hastings Sinks may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period. The warranty period maybe 2, 3, 6, or 12 years based on the products.

  • 3-year warranty on stainless steel grids, inlet and outlet valves

  • 6-year warranty on cove sinks

  • 12-year warranty on ceramic urinals
