The warranty claiming process has a few sets of rules to be followed. You should report the defects within sixty days from the date you discover them to the manufacturer. Along with that, the model and serial number, a description of the defect, proof of purchase, and evidence of the original purchase date have to be provided.
The refund is provided to the original form of payment without including the shipping fees for the products that are returned within sixty days of receipt with a Sales Return Order (SRO) authorization number that can be received by contacting the customer service center.
Prior to returning, you must check that the items are in resalable condition, free from scratches or defects, have not been installed, and have not missed any pieces. After the products reach the warehouse, the refund will be processed.
Customers who send back the products in perfect condition to the seller need to pay a restocking fee of 15%. Before signing any freight delivery receipts, thoroughly inspect the product if there is damage to the shipping packaging.

The limited warranty commences from the date of your initial product purchase. Zephyr Appliances will offer, at no cost, compressor parts to replace those that have failed due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period. To qualify for warranty repairs or service, all products must be installed by a qualified professional installer. Consumers who have installed their products in the USA and Canada are eligible to claim the warranty. The warranty cannot be transferred to any other person.

The limited warranty excludes coverage for various costs associated with the Products, encompassing but not limited to routine maintenance and service required for the Products, as well as consumable parts like filters, light bulbs, and fuses. It also does not cover any Products or parts affected by freight damage, misuse, negligence, accidents, faulty installation, installation contrary to recommended instructions, improper maintenance or repair (other than by them), commercial or government use inconsistent with its intended purpose, natural wear of the finish, wear caused by corrosive and abrasive cleaning products, pads, and oven cleaner products, as well as chips, dents, or cracks resulting from abuse or misuse. Additionally, the warranty does not include service trips to teach users how to use the Products, damage caused by accidents, fires, floods, or acts of God, custom installations or alterations affecting product serviceability, and damage to personal property or food spoilage resulting from product use.
