Registration of the warranty includes three steps. Those three steps are the serial number of the product, the customer's information, and proof of purchase. Entering the serial number automatically gets you to the next steps.
In certain states, the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages may not be allowed, so the limitation or exclusion mentioned above may not be applicable to you.
You have a reporting time period of one business day for any shipping damage and ten business days for missing items and defective items, respectively.
You have to return the unused items in their original packaging, free and clear of excessive markings and labels, within thirty days from the shipment date from the factory. You will receive credit if you follow the return policy.
Please never forget to include the return authorization number provided by the customer support team and the original packaging slip with the return.
All returns will incur a 30% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return freight. Marvel assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

The warranty terms are applicable solely to products installed in any of the fifty states of the United States, the District of Columbia, or the ten provinces of Canada. It covers products that must be installed, operated, and maintained according to the guidelines outlined in the Marvel User Guide. The warranties are exclusive to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another party. The second, third, and fifth-year warranties extend coverage to products installed and used exclusively for normal residential purposes. Furthermore, the warranties apply to units operated outdoors only if explicitly designed for outdoor use, as indicated by the model and serial number.
The warranties exclude coverage for any parts or labor required to rectify defects resulting from negligence, accidents, or improper use, maintenance, installation, service, repair, acts of God, fire, flood, or other natural disasters. Additionally, replacement water filters, light bulbs, and other consumable parts fall outside the scope of warranty coverage. In-home instruction on product usage is not included in the warranties. Loss of food, beverages, and medicines is not encompassed by the warranties. Likewise, issues related to Wi-Fi connectivity signals are not covered by the warranties.
