3 Simple Steps for Lynx Grills Warranty Claim:

Step 1:

  • Your first and foremost step is registering your product with Lynx. For registration, you will have to provide customer and product information along with uploading the purchase receipt. Products can be added in a row.

  • There are two distinct warranty claim forms for parts and warranty service requests. The former only requires the owner's information, but the latter contains four types of information: contact, dealer, product, and submission information. Finally, the file and image have to be attached.

Step 2:

  • Certain states may not permit limitations on the duration of an implied warranty or the exclusions or restrictions on consequential damages.

  • The warranty provides you with particular legal rights, and you might possess additional rights that differ from one state to another.

  • Lynx is not responsible for incidental, consequential, special, or contingent damages arising from its violation of this written warranty or any implied warranty.

Step 3:

  • The contact page also has a small form and maintains two email IDs for sales and service. Furthermore, similar to email IDs, there are two contact numbers for sales or support and corporate affairs.

  • No individual possesses the authority to augment or alter Lynx's warranty, or to impose any additional obligations or liabilities on Lynx in relation to the sale or use of its products.

  • During the warranty process, Lynx Grills may provide you with one of the following solutions: either a warranty replacement or warranty service during the warranty period.

What is covered under the Lynx Grills Warranty?

The items are warranted to be devoid of defects in material and workmanship for a specified duration starting from the initial purchase date. Lynx undertakes to replace or repair any defective parts without charge to the original purchaser during the warranty period. However, it's important to note that the warranty is restricted to the replacement of faulty parts, and the owner is responsible for covering associated costs, including a processing fee and labor charges. The warranty is applicable to products bought and situated within the United States and Canada. To avail of the service, products must be purchased in the country where the service is requested. Furthermore, the warranty is valid solely for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • 1-year Lynx limited professional warranty on parts

  • 2-year Lynx limited professional warranty on other grill components

  • 5-year Lynx limited professional warranty on warming racks, spit rods, briquette trays, manifolds, and gas valves

What is NOT covered under the Lynx Grills Warranty?

The limited warranty does not cover installation or start-up damages or problems arising from improper installation or use, service conducted by an unauthorized service provider, damage or repairs resulting from service by an unauthorized service provider or the use of unauthorized parts, correction of normal adjustments or settings due to improper installation, commissioning, or local gas supply properties, shipping and handling costs, export duties, installation, removal, or re-installation costs (RMA excluded). Display models are typically sold "as is," and if you have purchased one, please note that it is subject to specific warranty exclusions: any exterior or cosmetic damage is non-warrantable; missing components will be replaced at the consumer's expense; major handling damage to the manifold, valve, and ignition system will be serviced at the consumer's expense; all other warranties will remain in effect. Additionally, the cost of a service call to diagnose a complaint and any modification to a Lynx product will void related warranties.

About Lynx Grills

In 1996, a small group of visionaries, with over 30 years of experience building commercial-quality stainless steel equipment for restaurants, embarked on a new venture. Their aim was to extend the same high standards, utilize premier materials, employ skilled craftsmanship, and foster continuous innovation in the realm of outdoor cooking. Their goal was to elevate outdoor cooking beyond the conventional grill, transforming it into a luxury experience characterized by enduring craft and quality. This marked the beginning of Lynx with a modest catalog and a pivotal moment of truth. Over time, outdoor kitchens bearing the Lynx brand have become highly regarded, and the Lynx catalog has expanded accordingly.
