The warranty coverage outlined by Bertazzoni SpA in this statement pertains solely to the original Bertazzoni appliance ("Product") acquired by the consumer ("Purchaser") from an authorized Bertazzoni dealer, distributor, or retailer. The purchase and installation must occur in the United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada, and the appliance must consistently remain within the country of the original purchase. Warranty coverage cannot be transferred.

The warranty exclusions encompass various conditions, including the use of the product in any commercial application, repair services conducted by entities other than a Bertazzoni authorized service agency, and damage or repairs aimed at correcting services provided by unauthorized agencies or the use of unauthorized parts. It also covers installations not in compliance with local electrical or plumbing codes, defects or damage due to improper storage, issues with products sold outside the original factory packaging or from displays, and service calls or repairs to correct installations or related accessories. Repair services due to product usage beyond normal and customary home use, replacement of wear and tear parts, and replacement of glasses and light bulbs claimed to have failed later than 30 days after installation and, in no case, later than 4 months after the date of purchase are also not covered. Additionally, defects and damages arising from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, improper installation, transportation of the product to the owner's home, and external forces beyond Bertazzoni SpA's control, such as fire, flood, earthquakes, and other acts of God, fall within the scope of exclusions.
