  • ZAGG might request a photograph of your product to verify the claim. Alternatively, you can visit any authorized franchise location to facilitate a warranty replacement for your product.

Step 2:

  • ZAGG provides a 30-day return policy, allowing hassle-free returns for products bought directly from the official website or any authorized ZAGG-branded Retail Outlet. To process the return, the product must be sent back to the original place of purchase, and the Purchaser must furnish proof of purchase.

  • To address warranty concerns, file a claim through your Account Manager at any point during the warranty period. A valid credit card is necessary. If necessary, return the original product to ZAGG within sixty (60) days.

Step 3:

  • Only one item can be replaced per warranty transaction. Please be sure to submit separate requests for each item you wish to replace. Shipping and handling charges may be applicable for each order, and kindly allow 1-3 business days for order processing.
