This guide illustrates a straightforward three-step process to effortlessly claim a warranty for Zagg!
Zagg requires you to register your product to begin the warranty-claiming process. Once you have completed the registration, you need to request a return or warranty replacement on their site.
After submitting the warranty claim, you need to ship the product to the address given below.
Zagg doesn’t require the original packaging. However, note that Zagg doesn’t hold responsibility for any damages or loss during transit. Therefore, you need to pack the products safely with the order number and “return for refund” written on the outside of the package.
Please note that only one product can be claimed at a time. If you want to claim warranty for multiple items, you need to register them and submit an individual warranty request for each item.
If the product is found to be eligible for the warranty coverage, the company will either replace it or exchange it for an equivalent product. The replaced product will either retain the remaining warranty duration of the original product or come with a warranty period of thirty (30) days starting from the replacement date, whichever duration is longer.
The company will typically take 5 business days to process the refund, repair, or replacement upon receiving the products.
Note that all the claims must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Bear in mind that the shipping charges and other transportation-related charges are your responsibility.
For purchases made at a retail location, the return must be initiated at the store from where you purchased the products, as Zagg doesn’t offer refunds for those products.

Depending on the products, Zagg offers warranty durations of 90 days, one-year, and two years for their products. However, this warranty coverage covers only the manufacturer’s defects and is limited to wear and tear. On the other hand, Zaggs’ Limited Lifetime Warranty covers wear and tear for device-specific products. For the products that are not device-specific, the company ensures protection against wear for as long as the purchaser owns the products. Zaggs’s warranty policy is non-transferrable, meaning it is applicable solely to the original purchaser.

Zagg’s warranty doesn’t cover the non-Zagg products. The warranty also doesn’t cover products purchased from unauthorized retailers or sellers. It is important to note that sellers like Amazon, eBay, social media, or other online websites are not authorized sellers of Zagg. Therefore, you need to note the product’s shipping address, and the seller’s identity when purchasing Zagg products online. This warranty also excludes second-hand products. Additionally, there is no warranty for consequential, special, incidental, indirect, exemplary, and punitive damages.
