In case of manufacturer defects (damages in materials and workmanship), you must return the products to Otterbox within 60 days. However, the manufacturer’s warranty is applicable for the products that have been under normal use and service. They also offer a Limited Warranty depending on the products, which is applicable only to the original purchaser and will not be transferred to another person.

  • 2-Year Warranty - OtterBox Mobile Accessories.

  • 5-Year Warranty - OtterBox Outdoor Collection Products.

What is NOT covered under the OtterBox Warranty?
