Step 1:

  • Locate your Serial Number on the camera body or lighting fixture; ensure the serial number is intact and has not been altered, as this is mandatory for validating your warranty status.

  • Secure your original purchase invoice or a valid proof showing the date of original purchase; this document serves as the primary record to confirm your protection window.

  • Verify that you are the original purchaser; the manufacturer’s limited warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the individual or entity that first purchased the product.

Step 2:

  • Consult the official Z CAM resources to perform a firmware upgrade via the Web Client or mobile app; many performance issues or "bugs" are resolved with the latest software patches.

  • Document the specific nature of the defect with clear photos or video logs. If the issue involves image quality, providing unprocessed raw samples can help technicians diagnose sensor or processing board errors remotely.

  • Back up all internal settings and remove any third-party accessories, such as custom lens mounts, batteries, or media cards, before sending the unit for an official evaluation.

Step 3:

  • Initiate a repair request through the official portal to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization); do not ship any equipment without prior approval from the technical team.

  • Securely pack your defective product for transit; note that while ImagineVision covers parts and labor for valid claims, the customer bears all costs and risks associated with transportation to the service facility.

  • Once the unit is inspected by an authorized service partner and a defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed, the team will coordinate a professional repair or product replacement.

Z CAM Warranty Period:

  • 1-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects.
