Yeti’s warranty-claiming process is pretty simple. All you need to do is to fill out the warranty form given on their site.
You need to provide your name, address, email ID, phone number, date & place of purchase, and order number (if applicable). Other details you need to provide include product model & color, description of the damage, and photos that have a size limit of 2 GB.
Once you successfully submit the form, a warranty resolution specialist from Yeti will respond to you in 1-2 business days. They will provide you with a Return Material Authorization Number and a pre-paid shipping label to return the products.
After obtaining the RMA number, you need to pack the product along with its accessories in cardboard to avoid any damage during the shipping.
Insert all the paperwork, such as invoice, and RMA number, inside the box. Also, attach the return label outside the package. Now ship the package using the shipping label provided by the experts.
Yeti offers a 30-day return policy if you are not satisfied with their products. Please initiate a return request on their page. Upon approval, you will be provided with a pre-paid shipping label. The rest of the process is the same as above. It typically takes 10 days to process your refunds.
The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Please keep in mind that products should not be returned to Yeti without an RMA number. Also, note that any additional shipping cost is non-refundable.
Additionally, Yeti doesn’t accept returns at their retail store currently.

To avail the Yeti’s warranty, the products must satisfy the following criteria: the products must be purchased from Yeti’s website, store, or authorized dealer; they must be used as per the instructions given; and the items must be returned to Yeti. However, it is crucial to retain the original proof of purchase in order to make the claim. If your products meet the eligibility criteria, Yeti will repair or replace your products free of charge.

Yeti’s warranty policy doesn’t offer protection for damages that aren’t manufacturer defects. This includes punctures, normal wear & tear, natural breakdowns, and scratches. The warranty doesn’t cover the defects from third-party modifications and repairs. Yeti is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages under any circumstances, whether resulting from a breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, or other torts. Furthermore, certain products or situations are not eligible for the Yeti’s warranty, such as the Yeti Sleeping Bag, 12” Cast Iron Skillet Kit, and any Yeti product purchased through the Rescue Program. Additionally, returns on customized products are not acceptable. It is important to note that regardless of warranty claims and returns, shipping charges are incurred by you.
