  • When seeking service under the lifetime service agreement, you must provide your lifetime service agreement identification number and valid personal identification.

  • If a cordless tool kit requires a battery/charger replacement, all components, including the tool console, battery, and charger, must be presented for proper diagnosis and warranty verification.

  • Throughout the duration of the limited warranty, the authorized service center will address any faulty workmanship and either repair or replace any defective part at WAYNE Water Systems' discretion, without any charges to the original owner.

  • Initiate a service request under warranty by responding to the provided questions in the form. After answering, complete the service form by entering the tool name, serial number, and description of the issue you're encountering.

  • Ensure you provide an accurate return shipping address and your contact details for the repair process. After entering all the necessary information, review it for accuracy before submitting the form.

  • Consumers should file a warranty claim with Ridgid Tools for issues like a non-working vacuum, motor failure, burning smells, sparking, or poor suction, which may require repair or replacement.

Step 3:

  • To register your Ridgid products, you need to create an account on their official website using your email address, name, password, and country.

  • Once you've signed up, you can proceed to register your product by choosing its category and entering the serial number, date of purchase, and place of purchase.

  • Upon successfully providing all the necessary information, you can finalize the product registration process by submitting the Ridgid warranty claim form.

Ridgid Warranty Period:

  • Ridgid offers a 1-year limited warranty on reconditioned tools from the date of purchase, a 3-year limited warranty for handheld power tools, select stationary power tools, and pneumatic tools, and a 5-year limited warranty for the 330RSDS, 500RSDS, and 1000RSDS sump pump models
