What is covered under the Yamaha Warranty?

Every product of Yamaha is repaired or replaced under the warranty within a specified time frame for each product if it is found facing malfunctions, defective or fails to perform in the preferred way under normal use. This will be done without charge for both labor and material. You can replacements with both new or refurbished parts according to the defect and availability. Be informed that removal, reinstallation and shipping charges will have to be paid by you and Yamaha will pay for the return shipping charges.

What is NOT covered under the Yamaha Warranty?

Yamaha’s warranty does not cover all types of losses due to incidental or consequential damages caused by inappropriate use of the product. Claims for damages due to deterioration or malfunction resulting from negligence, accident, negligence, misuse, no care and maintenance, improper installation; shipping & transport; failure to follow the instructions on owner’s manual; battery replacement or normal wear & tear; due to perspiration, corrosive atmosphere or other external causes such as extremes in temperature or humidity; damages attributable to related electrical abnormalities or power line surge, lightning damage or Acts of God and RFI/EMI (interference/noise) caused by improper grounding or the improper use of either certified or uncertified equipment. Claims by any other person that the original purchaser & products having altered, defaced or removed serial numbers are obviously rejected in the claim.
