  • To fill out this form, ensure to have your product details, proof of purchase, and any other relevant information needed to process your warranty claim.

What is covered under the Ezlo Warranty?

Ezlo provides a limited warranty on its products, which covers any defects in the materials and workmanship of the product under normal use for one year from the day of purchase. The warranty includes the following: parts, which are repaired or replaced at the discretion of Ezlo; labor, which is paid for by Ezlo; and shipping, which is paid by Ezlo for the transportation of the product to and from its authorized service center.

What is NOT covered under the Ezlo Warranty?

Ezlo's warranty does not provide coverage for: Misuse, abuse or neglect of the product; this includes any physical harm caused to the product, such as dropping, hitting or otherwise damaging it; Unauthorized repairs or modifications of the product; if the product is repaired or modified by the user, the warranty shall be void; Damage caused by natural disasters such as fires, floods, or lightning; Losing or stealing the product; Consumer parts, including batteries and memory cards; The warranty shall not cover any issues caused by Software updates or Firmware upgrades.
