What is covered under the Ezlo Warranty?

Ezlo provides a limited warranty on its products, which covers any defects in the materials and workmanship of the product under normal use for one year from the day of purchase. The warranty includes the following: parts, which are repaired or replaced at the discretion of Ezlo; labor, which is paid for by Ezlo; and shipping, which is paid by Ezlo for the transportation of the product to and from its authorized service center.

  • The warranty applies to any Ezlo Smart Home that is purchased after 10th May 2021. Hubs that are purchased prior to 10th May 2021 are subject to a 1 year limited warranty.

  • Ezlo offers a 3-year, limited warranty on all of its Smart Home products, including the Ezlo Secure and Ezlo Plus models, as well as the PlugHub 2 and Atoms.

  • All Ezlo Smart Home products are covered by the Ezlo Smart Home Guarantee, which is the industry-leading Smart Home warranty.

What is NOT covered under the Ezlo Warranty?

Ezlo's warranty does not provide coverage for: Misuse, abuse or neglect of the product; this includes any physical harm caused to the product, such as dropping, hitting or otherwise damaging it; Unauthorized repairs or modifications of the product; if the product is repaired or modified by the user, the warranty shall be void; Damage caused by natural disasters such as fires, floods, or lightning; Losing or stealing the product; Consumer parts, including batteries and memory cards; The warranty shall not cover any issues caused by Software updates or Firmware upgrades.
